每一個美好的日子，在孔院的書聲朗朗中流過，每一年的春節，在喜慶歡樂的煙火中歡騰。2023全球孔院云春晚，我們邀您一起出演，讓創意碰撞，讓才華迸發，讓中外文化藝術在這個舞臺異彩紛呈，讓全球孔院人共享新春視聽盛宴，讓孔院人的祝福與問候環繞全球，讓全球孔院人共慶中國年！

活動安排：
1. 節目征集 （即日起至2022年12月1日）
面向全球孔子學院征集云春晚節目及春節祝福。節目類型不限，包括歌舞類、語言類、創意類等。
2. 晚會首映（2023年1月22日 正月初一）
2023全球孔院云春晚將在孔子學院全球門戶網站www.lpehktz.xyz和大家見面！
3. 節目展播（長期）
所有報送節目均會在www.lpehktz.xyz長期展播，并有機會同步在央視網、今日頭條等知名媒體平臺展映。

報送要求：
1.以孔子學院（課堂）為單位自愿參與，每單位報送作品數量不超過5個。
2.報送內容為視頻和報名表。請將每件視頻、報名表打包壓縮為一個文件，視頻和文件均命名為“孔子學院（課堂）名稱+作品名稱+作者姓名”。
3.節目語種不限，外掛中外文字幕。單個節目時長不超過5分鐘（語言類節目時長不超過10分鐘）。
4.視頻格式僅限mp4，畫面比例為16∶9寬屏，以1920×1080為佳，推薦視頻畫質在1080×720以上，幀速率24幀以上，不添加角標、LOGO。
5.節目須符合各網絡平臺發布規則，內容積極向上。
6.參與活動即視為授予主辦方對作品的著作權，本次活動尊重和保留作者的署名權，不另付報酬。
7.中國國際中文教育基金會對本次活動擁有最終解釋權。

—Invitation Letter for 2023 Online Chinese Lunar New Year Gala of Confucius Institutes Around the World
Every beautiful day passes in the sound of reading from Confucius Institutes, and every Spring Festival is celebrated with joyful fireworks. For the 2023 Online Spring Festival Gala for Confucius Institutes Around the World, we invite you to join in our performance to let creativity and talents sparkle and make the splendid cultures and arts of China and other countries shine on stage. Let us create a new-year gala for CIers around the globe to spread our greetings and best wishes to every corner in the joint celebration of the Chinese new year!
Let’s dance: Dance with joy for the new knowledge acquired over the year.
Let’s sing: Sing a song of praise for the dedication and gains through a year's teaching and learning.
Watch a Chinese opera: Appreciate the art of singing, reciting, dance-acting, and combat.
Enjoy a crosstalk show: Experience the skills of speaking, imitating, teasing, and singing.
Listen to a skit: Tasting the wit and humor.
Appreciate a recitation: Enjoying the poetic romance.
Write a “福”: Using the Chinese character to send out our greetings.
Sing “Happy New Year”: Expressing best wishes with a song.
Do a magic trick: May all your dreams magically come true in the new year.
When we meet online, remember to record our sincere wishes in a Spring Festival Message to greet all Confucius Institutes worldwide and say hello to the new year!
Schedule of Events:
1. Collection of performances (from now until December 1, 2022).
We welcome performances for the 2023 Online Chinese Lunar New Year Gala and good wishes for the Spring Festival from Confucius Institutes worldwide in all forms including singing, dancing, crosstalk shows, skits, talk shows, creative performances and other types.
2. The Online Chinese Lunar New Year Gala is set to debut on the first day of the Chinese Lunar New Year (January 22, 2023).
The 2023 Online Chinese Lunar New Year Gala of Confucius Institutes Around the World will be expecting you at http://www.lpehktz.xyz, the global portal of the Confucius Institute.
3. Broadcast of the performances (long-term broadcast).
All submitted performances will be broadcast on http://www.lpehktz.xyz and might be simultaneously shown on CCTV.com, TouTiao and other well-known media platforms.

Requirements for submission:
1. Each Confucius Institute (Confucius Classroom) voluntarily participates in the event and submits no more than five performances.
2. Please submit both the video and registration form . Please pack and compress the video and registration form into one file; both the video and the file should be named in this way: Name of the Confucius Institute (Confucius Classroom) - title of the video - creator (s).

3. There is no limit on the language used in the performance. The video shall have add-on subtitles in both Chinese and your preferred language. The duration of a single performance shall not exceed five minutes (the duration of a crosstalk show, skit or talk show shall not exceed ten minutes).
4. The video file format is limited to MP4, with the aspect ratio for widescreen of 16:9. The resolution of videos is best at 1920×1080, or at least above 1080×720, with the frame rate above 24 fps. No watermarks or logos shall be added.
5. All performances must comply with the rules for publishing on video-sharing platforms, and the content must be positive.
6. Participation in the event is deemed to grant the organizer the work’s copyright. In this event, the creator’s right of authorship will be respected and retained. There will be no payment for the work submitted.
7. The Chinese International Education Foundation (CIEF) reserves the right of final interpretation for the event.
